Amy Jordan - Principal
Ms. Jordan is the new principal of Bob and Betty Courtway Middle School for the 2017-18 school year. She has been in the Conway School District since 2005, and she has worked as a high school English teacher, a literacy coach, a literacy specialist, and an assistant principal. She graduated from Vilonia High School in 1992 and Hendrix College in 1996. She obtained her master’s degree in school leadership and administration from the University of Central Arkansas in 2003. Ms. Jordan loves motivate those around her to see that education is the key to success, and in her free time, she likes to read, travel, and spend time with her family and friends.
Chris Pegg - Assistant Principal
Mr. Pegg has been an assistant principal at Bob & Betty Courtway Middle School since 2015. He has served as an administrator in both Arkansas and Arizona. Before becoming an administrator, Mr. Pegg taught physical education and health, and he was a high school football, baseball, and track coach. He graduated from North Pulaski High School in 1994. He graduated from Arkansas State University in 2000 and obtained his master's degree in 2012 from Grand Canyon University. Mr. Pegg enjoys sports and spending time with his daughters.
Gynger Campbell - Assistant Principal
Mrs. Campbell has been a member of the Courtway family and has served the Conway Public Schools since 2012. She is a 1992 graduate of Cabot High School. She began her teaching career after earning a Bachelor's degree in education from the University of Central Arkansas. In addition, she has a Master's degree in Counseling from Harding University and an Educational Specialist degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Central Arkansas. She has a variety of experience including serving as a classroom teacher, school counselor, coach, and bus driver. She describes her passion as making a positive difference in the lives of the students and their families. She enjoys spending time with her two daughters and husband, attending sporting events, and traveling when time allows.
